Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the mailbox account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
